Brodie is a Vancouver litigator whose practice includes complex commercial disputes as well as appellate litigation, administrative and constitutional litigation, and class actions defense. He has appeared as counsel before the Supreme Court of Canada, all levels of court in British Columbia and Ontario, and the Manitoba Court of King’s Bench.

Brodie received his law degree from McGill University where he graduated with the Aimé Geoffrion Medal. After graduating he served as a law clerk to the Honourable Justice Gascon of the Supreme Court of Canada. Prior to joining Osler in 2021, Brodie practiced at a Toronto litigation boutique.
